Trust is the cornerstone of organizational success, but it is swiftly eroding in today's unpredictable global environment. The % of leaders who trust their managers has fallen from 46% in 2022 to 29% in 2024. Without strategic intervention, this decline in trust risks escalating, negatively impacting employee retention, the leadership pipeline, & overall organizational performance 💡 How leaders can strategically rebuild trust: I Listen and respond with genuine empathy II Encourage others to speak up without fear of reprisal III Share thoughts and rationale for decisions IV Encourage others to challenge old ways of doing things 2.
