How I manage to stay a curious student and embody Life-Long Learning 📚
Some of you know that I have a passion for psychometric tools that are reliable and validated. So, Hogan Assessments has been one of my go-to tools, both in my HR executive roles and in my executive coaching practice. I use it both for individuals as well as to support leadership teams to take their performance from #GoodtoGreat
Last week I was a participant of the #HoganAdvanced Interpretation Workshop offered by RELEVANT Managementberatung and skillfully 🙌🏼 facilitated by Dr. Rene Kusch 🌍 🤝 🏆 & Mira Ehrhardt!
I was lucky to be in a group of senior leaders, consultants, coaches who are all advanced Hogan practitioners.
Some of you know that my Hogan journey began in 2016 and it's been transformative, helping me to deepen my expertise in strategic self-awareness and personality insights.
Reflecting on this, I’m reminded of the power of humility and charisma in leadership. As I'd like to put it “Humility is the foundation of all virtues, and charisma is the spark that ignites them.” This advanced training has certainly reinforced my commitment to these principles.
With these new insights, I’m better equipped to support CEOs, executives and their leadership teams in their growth journeys. My dedication to fostering strategic self-awareness remains unwavering, and I’m excited to apply these learnings to help leaders reach their full potential.
