2024 proved that Mastering Executive Transitions isn't just about delivering a new idea - it's about creating systemic impact ✨ at the highest levels of leadership!

As a tradition, my last post or in this case newsletter of the year reflects on the varied activities during the last 12 months. I sincerely hope that you'll enjoy the read!

In January, I delivered a webinar for the ICF Oman Chapter on Managing Career Transitions. It followed by many more opportunities to speak & educate on the topic.

Then, LinkedIn provided me with the blue badge: "The Top Voice badge is awarded -by invitation only- it signifies that you are a recognized expert & thought leader in your field based on your consistent & valuable contributions to discussions & content on LinkedIn & beyond."

It probably explains why my followership grew from 10K to 22K, resulting in my 99 posts reaching 0.5 million impressions & re-shared an incredible 🙌🏼 148 times by you 🫵🏼!

My weekly newsletter "Leadership Mastery: Timeless Advice for C-Suite Executives" -only 20 editions old- has an executive subscriber base of +9 K with an open-rate of 29% & a click-through rate of 1% 🫶

In May, I partnered with Coaching.com &  Magdalena Nowicka Mook from the International Coaching Federation + about 1,000 other coaches globally to break the world record by delivering the largest coaching session ever!

In June, I was lucky enough to meet with  Marshall Goldsmith twice in Dubai. Having turned 75, he claims that this was his last tour outside of the US. Let's see it to believe it 😉

In July, we took a full month off to spend time with family at the Caspian Sea 🌊

In August, I delivered a masterclass 🎓for Sharif University of Technology as part of their hashtag#MicroMasterHRM program

In September, I stood on another large stage, this time in beautiful Istanbul & I was lucky 🍀 enough to meet & interact with  John Elkington, the father of sustainability & creator of the triple bottom line (People, Planet & Profit)

In October, my book was listed on getAbstract with a 9 out of 10 rating; It is now available on all major platforms, including Blinkist, Amazon, Audible, Spotify & many more!

In November, I ran the very first cohort of Certified Transition Coach™ Training Program with 12 incredible coaches. It's an immersive 6 months training specifically designed for coaches who would like to work more with transition coaching clients. The results took me by surprise:

1. An overall incredible NPS score of 91.67!

2. Overall investment ratio vs. value received was rated 'High' or 'Exceptional' by 100% of participants

3. 100% of participants rated the value of additional bonuses to be 'Excellent' or a 'Game-Changer'

In December, I partnered with CoachHub - The digital coaching platform to create an immersive e-Learning journey based on the key findings of hashtag#MET

Last but not least, CEO Today awarded me as the world's ranked #1 Coach for the 3rd year running!

Throughout 2024, I had the privilege to conclude 18 coaching engagements & start coaching 13 new executives. I also supported 2 executive teams with my bespoke leadership team journey
