Mercer has produced an 86 page report 😉 on this topic involving 14,400 🙌🏼 C-Suite executives. As always, I've read the report & summarized the key insights for you:

1. The world of work is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by recent seismic shifts & the rise of generative hashtag#AI. Naturally, this revolution brings both excitement & unease, changing how we work & the work experience itself

2. There Key questions that are dominating the boardrooms:

2.3. What will be its lasting impact on competition? 

3. One truth stands out: To unlock the potential of this new era, we must keep people at the heart of the transformation
